You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from By Kumu.
Products & Pricing
We sell apparel and clothing. Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product images, descriptions, and pricing, but do not guarantee that this information is always complete or error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders
Orders are currently placed by contacting us directly via WhatsApp. The By Kumu team will confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery details with you before your order is finalized. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons such as stock unavailability or errors in pricing or product information.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Sri Lanka only, using Speed Post delivered through Sri Lanka Post. Delivery times follow standard Sri Lanka Post delivery periods and are estimates; actual delivery times may vary.
Returns & Refunds
Our Refund Policy governs returns and refunds for orders placed with By Kumu. Please refer to that policy for details.
Intellectual Property
